Prior to organizing this event, it has been a while since Philadelphia had a footwork exclusive jam. We wanted to bring it back to the city and also highlight
the core element of breaking.

What made it more meaningful to us is the fact that dancers who practice styles outside of breaking — poppers, lockers, krumpers and freestyle dancers — showed up to support.
